Role: 1st Line Service Desk Engineer
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 DOE + On-Call Allowance
The 1st Line Service Desk Engineer will be a passionate, driven and enthusiastic individual who is eager to progress their career long term, specializing within Microsoft Cloud and grow with the company as they make big plans for development.
The purpose of the 1st Line Service Desk Engineer:
You will support the Service Desk and deal with the bulk of technical tickets that are raised, providing expert knowledge to Clients, across the latest infrastructure technologies and legacy systems. You will be supporting On-site server and Desktop support and have experience in Microsoft Cloud (Azure and Microsoft Office 365).
