2nd Line Engineer
£20,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience
+ KPI bonus
+ £150 per weekend day worked, circa £1,800 per year (12 weekend days per year)
The IT Engineer will be based remotely and on client sites in central Bristol

The purpose of the 2nd Line Engineer:
The 2nd Line Engineer will deliver remote technical engineering to the customer base, providing hardware and software support to multiple users and representing the company. You will provide support to clients and identify and resolve IT issues as well as troubleshooting. The 2nd Line Engineer will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, providing critical support and advice to clients.
Your skills and experience:
You will be required to work 5 weeks of day shifts, 1 week of lates and 1 weekend day per month.
