You will be expected to provide internal IT support in a wide variety of on-premise and cloud infrastructure, so a good understanding of server, network, storage and Microsoft applications is essential. You will work within a busy team that often eclipse over 100 internal IT requests each week. Alongside this you will be involved in internal projects outside of your comfort zone which will aid the business to remain at the forefront of the Information Technology sector. Level 3 Support Engineers are expected to triage then attempt to resolve support requests and report to end users the status of resolution at regular intervals until the request is fully resolved. Where the support request is not resolvable by 2nd line Engineers, the ticket will be escalated to 3rd line Support Engineers for assistance or for resolution.
