We are a specialist IT recruiter currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer.
The role is a permanent, full-time position located near Port Talbot.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer role will include helpdesk support, project management and onsite implementations.
As this role will be a mixture of telephone-based and customer facing, good communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels is required.

An experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer will have experience in a mixture of the following technologies:
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will ideally have 5+years experience.
Salary is Negotiable dependant on experience. Circa £25,000 to £32,000
Hours of work, weekly shift pattern, 8 am to 4 pm OR 10 am to 6 pm.
