An exciting new role has just come to market for a Senior Business Development Manager and specialist within Contact Centre Solutions to join a large Managed Service Provider hunting new business and selling contact centre solutions to new customers.
Role: Contact Centre Specialist
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 dependent on experience
Benefits: Uncapped commission, OTE of £140,000 and benefits package
Location: Remote based role with travel to client sites when required as well as travel to Head Office for monthly meetings
As a Contact Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for hunting new business leads to sell contact centre solutions and meet with clients to win the new business. You will be part of a sales team which are responsible for acquiring new large customers for our client. You will hunt customers across the UK with between 500 – 5000 employees. As a Contact Centre Specialist, you must have a proven record of success of new business within the IT sector and within several of our client’s technology ‘pillars’ (Full IT Support, Unified Communications, Cloud, Security & Compliance, and Network & Infrastructure).
