Role: Complaint Investigator
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 dependent on experience
Type: Full-time, permanent
As a compliant Investigator, you will be responsible for investigating all complaints of dissatisfaction within a timely manner as well as analysing complaints in order to help the business calculate the potential losses incurred as well as helping to improve the business’ services. Alongside this, the Compliant Investigator will correspond directly with the Financial Ombudsman Service and Adjudicators in order to help improve company processes. The Complaint Investigator will look after the complaint process from first notification of dissatisfaction through to remediation calculations and settlements.
