Contact Center Advisor

We are a specialist recruiter, currently recruiting for 6 Call Center Advisors working within the Public sector.

This role is available to start on the 16th of July working full time. This is a temp to perm role for 12 weeks. Working hours are between 08:00am – 06:00pm. Shifts include  08:00am – 04:30pm, 08:30am – 05:00pm, 09:00am – 06:00pm. Please be aware that you will get a 1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 minutes breaks are pre-scheduled.

Responsibilities

The Call Center Advisor will be responsible for;

• Calls from customer residents, police tenants, repairs, diagnostics, rent payments, transfer calls to income recovery officers. Forced calls, free format. Booking in work, raising orders, initiative.
• Taking 40 – 60 calls per day – scenario based issues.
• Common sense and life skills are applicable
• After call time targets, logging in etc., more quality based

How computer literate should you be?

• In house systems, Office packages, payment system

The right candidate will possess good Customer service skills, experience dealing with the public, advantageous if they have previous in this sector, wanting to find a solution to provide the best customer service and great pride in resolving.
