We are a specialist Insurance recruiter, currently recruiting for a Customer Communications Executive to join one of the world’s leading insurance providers who operate on a global basis with over 55,000 employees serving customers in over 170 countries.
As a Customer Communications Executive, your role will include creating direct to customer communications in a regulated environment. You will be experts in regulatory, legislative and industry regulations, able to provide a customer considered view of the end communication to dramatically improve how our client communicates with customers.
You will work as part of multidisciplinary and collaborative teams to deliver innovative communications solutions to enhance our client’s customers’ experience. You’ll interpret regulations in engaging and new ways and be prepared to challenge to ensure a superior customer communication.

In reward, our client is offering an attractive salary of £24,500 – £30,500 depending on experience + a generous flexible benefits package which includes a 6.25% bonus, reward share, 12% pension, 22 days holiday and flexible benefits.
