Customer Service Advisor
360 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading organisation, and friendly, growing team based in central Poole.
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for taking inbound calls and responding to emails, ensuring that customer’s orders are processed and dealt with efficiently and effectively. Using your excellent communication skills, you will liaise with customers, building rapport whilst accurately obtaining all customer information required to run credit vets, ensuring that the internal system is updated at all times and all paperwork and policies are adhered to.
