Direct Telesales Executive Permanent
Benefits: Uncapped OTE
We are currently recruiting for a Direct Telesales Executive to join a well established company based in Poole.
You will be responsible for;
- Making outbound calls to new customers sourced from the web, existing customers and other lead sources in a prompt, polite and efficient manner.
- Managing inbound calls, establishing rapport and identifying their primary reason for calling.
- Preparing quotations matching the best possible deal for the customer inline with their needs.
- Processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently into the relevant systems; ensuring all CRM data is entered correctly including sales source/campaign and no-sale reasons if applicable.
You will have recent experience working within a similar role, a real passion for delivering excellent customer service, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers at all levels of an organisation.
