French Speaking – IT Service Desk Engineer
Up to £45,000 + Benefits
Full Time – Permanent
This is a full time office based (No remote working)
Working from any of the following office locations;
Poole or Telford or Wakefield
Due to the nature of the IT Industry, the IT Service Desk Engineer is required to work 1 week of evening shifts every 6 weeks. This will be discussed further at interview stage.
5 Weeks of Normal working hours
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.
1 Week of Evening shifts
Monday – Friday, 2.00pm – 10.00pm
No Weekend Shift
No On call rota
No Nights Shift
About the Role:
The successful person will provide first and second line professional technical support for a large Managed Service customer, with the aim to fix all incidents on first engagement.
