An exciting new opportunity has come to market to join one of the UK’s leading Managed Service Providers as an Incident Manager and accelerate your IT career with them, using new and cutting edge technologies.
Role: Incident Manager
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + bonus
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.30pm
Out of hours – On Call – 1 week in a rotation
For 1 week, taking the P1 Updates out of hours, when required and done remotely
Type: Permanent, full-time
As an Incident Manager, you will be the gatekeeper for all service and project transition activity, ensuring programmes and projects are implemented into the ‘POD’ effectively. The Incident Manager will also be responsible for ensuring our client is fully compliant with the agreed service acceptance criteria. As an Incident Manager, you will play a key role in driving service excellence with a responsibility for developing both strategic and operational relationships with our client’s customers.
