About the Role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join the IT project management team to provide a high-quality service to the business’s operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered following project excellence guidelines
• Provide key project performance metrics and support the collation of performance data
• Build relationships with key stakeholders & technical resources
• Identify & encourage the project team to identify opportunities for improved delivery & uplift
• Chair project meetings
• Evangelise the benefits and become an ambassador for Project Excellence
• Lead project briefings to ensure the team is engaged and aware of project deliverables & milestones

Experience:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful technical delivery of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects within the IT Infrastructure division.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all the contractual commitments are delivered and that the overall service expectation to the customer is exceeded where possible.

The Project Manager is the key point of contact for project stakeholders and manages communications & coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven track record of successful Project Management drawing on ITIL and Six Sigma qualifications
• Project Management experience essential demonstrating delivery of multiple, concurrent, complex projects.
• Technical Project Management experience desirable alongside an industry recognised qualification such as Prince2
• Possesses significant and demonstrable knowledge of managed IT services
• Customer facing experience with strong administrative skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word is essential
• A Working knowledge of the following technical portfolio would be highly advantageous : Networking / Storage /Hypervisors / OSes / Backup / Disaster Recovery / Cloud / SaaS / SIEM / DLP / Firewalls / Remote working platform / Load balancing / EUD / Endpoint compliance
