About the Role:
Providing administrative support to the IT Service Assurance team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining rotas and escalation matrices used within the organisation as well as working with managers and team leaders to ensure that adequate coverage across all shifts is maintained.
The successful candidate will ensure that team-wide documentation is kept up to date and in-line with any changes to business systems and/or practices.
They will play an active role in reviewing and reporting on any and all KPIs within the team working closely with the Head of Service to ensure this is reported to the business on a regular basis.
