We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate needs to have both hands on experience with customisation tasks in CRM as well as be able to provide analysis between technical and business shareholders.
Required Skills
*Show Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills
*The candidate must have the capability to, modify security roles, create CRM workflows, and create/modify existing forms
*Develop CRM forms, configuration changes
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to multi-task, arrange projects
*Solid understanding of CRM general functionality
*Knowledge of SSRS Reports
Required Experience
*2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2013
*Educated to degree level
*1 year experience with CRM business process analysis
