We are currently recruiting for a Project Communications Manager on a 6-month FTC to work on behalf of our client who is a leading provider of advice, investments and wealth management based in London.

Role: Project Communications Manager
Salary: £43,000 – £46,000 pro rata
Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (The contract may overrun and similar permanent opportunities in the team may come available)
As a Project Communications Manager, you will lead the communications strategy of the project, creating and distributing adviser messaging on behalf of the project team. You’ll manage the automated communication distribution of this content using Salesforce and Email management system as well as producing digital content on the company’s extranet to support the project.
You’ll work to ensure communications are consistent with the company and Group corporate messages and communications strategy and will ensure all governance and control measures are effective and fit for purpose.
As a Project Communications Manager, you’ll be comfortable working with senior management and will be expected to act decisively and articulate the communications strategy clearly and openly. You will challenge the project working group in areas that affect communications and adviser experience. You’ll have an innovative approach and a focus on delivery.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong copywriting skills and experience of writing detailed external communications to tight and challenging deadlines. You’ll have a good knowledge and experience of marketing communications across multiple media/routes to internal and external audiences.
You’ll need excellent IT skills, particularly around Microsoft Office, as well as experience of using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. You’ll also need experience of using Email Management Systems,
Experience with Marketing Automation would be desirable.
