Role: Executive Business Support
Salary: £40,000- to £45,000
As an Executive Business Support you will be accountable for monitoring and proactively chasing upcoming or outstanding actions as well as coordinating, preparing reports and presentations and deputising for the Network Exec when appropriate. You will be acting as a representative for our client, enabling communication and collaboration with other parts of the organisation to facilitate strategic alignment of organisational activity, while also liaising and troubleshoot between the Network and other Business Units.
The key priorities will be to develop and manage the Network Exec, while working closely with the team secretaries and PA’s to ensure all prep meetings are scheduled before key meetings, you will need the ability to minute take and capture key actions as well as ensuring disciplined delivery of deadlines on behalf of the Network Exec. You will also have the ability to construct and draft reports on behalf of us and deputise at project meetings and articulately report key areas of concern. You’ll have oversight of key network projects and initiatives through to delivery and act as main point of contact for the Network Executive, dealing with key provider relationships and technical queries.
The Executive Business Support will provide order and structure to the Network while working closely with the adviser communications team on content and messaging for Network Exec communications

We need you to be delivery focused, with high energy, drive and ability to deliver through others. The agility to make decisions and execute in a fast, simple and focused way with the perseverance to manage projects through to fruition with minimal supervision. You’ll need to have high level of accuracy and ability to perform under pressure and be results focused and look for ways of continuous improvement. The behaviour we are looking for someone to have is the enthusiasm to take on new and different tasks in a dynamic environment as well as being able to navigate complex & political environments and manage multiple stakeholders. You will also need the ability to understand and interpret sales MI.
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational skills and be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. You will need to be creative with problem-solving skills including diplomacy, negotiation & conflict resolution and have emotional intelligence which includes, the ability to give and receive constructive criticism. A relevant qualification such as Investment Operations Certificate or RQF level 4 diploma is desirable.
Qualifications Required of Executive Business Support:
You will need to have a degree educated qualification as well as previous experience in working with the Financial Services sector. You will also need to be proficient in the using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
