About the Role:
A Software Services DevOps team that provides development and 3rd line support of multi-technology high volume/low latency business critical enterprise applications across a diverse portfolio of customers.
You will work closely with the Architecture and Design communities to ensure that applications are developed in line with customer functional/non-functional requirements whilst providing a fantastic customer experience.
As part of the wider team, you will provide 3rd line support of multiple applications delivering application/identity and Access Management (IAM) and API integration services to our customers to ensure that any service-related issues are managed effectively and adherence to customer SLA’s.
