Technical Account Manager to join our experienced team who are committed to serving our portfolio of clients who operate in the creative industries of Film, Audio/Video, Creative Design, Fashion, Architecture and more.
Playing a vital role in day-to-day client management, communication and escalations, you will use a tried and tested service delivery framework to develop each client’s technology roadmap and provide strategic advice, consultancy and budgeting advice – all aligned with IT standards and best practices.
As a Technical Account Manager your core focus and responsibility is to build, maintain and nurture client relationships. Experience selling IT solutions and services to both mid-market and Enterprise clients in the creative sectors/markets operating on the Mac and/or Windows platform, you will have extensive experience of service delivery and account management and be highly organised and accomplished at problem solving being able to build strong rapport and lasting, evolving relationships with clients.
Identifying opportunities, creating sales proposals, presenting and influencing key stakeholders at all levels to close business is second nature to you.
You will strive to maintain a thorough knowledge of our business and service offerings, develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts, manage and strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and financial objectives.
