Role: Technical Support Engineer
Contract rate: £300 – £430 per day
Type: 6-month contract
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide desktop technical support and guidance on all end-user incidents within the business’ infrastructure as well as providing proactive support to end users, both remotely and onsite where needed. Alongside this, the Technical Support Engineer will also produce costings and solution designs when recommending new IT systems, services, and technologies. The Technical Support Engineer will support the Problem Management team by maintaining infrastructure specific access rights by undertaking creation, deletion, and modification of user accounts, ensuring access controls are maintained and regularly monitored.
