Supporting the Direct Sales channels to maximise the performance of key KPI’s, Marketing activity to remain competitive in our market and providing support to the sales team through process improvement or training.
Work to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly sales targets for connections and trading margin.
Be an expert on all elements of our product portfolio including but not limited to handsets, SIM cards, accessories, operating systems, networks, tariffs, value added services, eco systems, peripherals etc.
Management of the commercial propositions by regular competitor reviews and communicate to all sales channels, work with marketing and on line to execute commercial proposition in a timely manner.
Training and support to all the sales channels to enable the teams to deliver against budgets.
Identify any opportunities to improve process to create efficiencies or drive profitability.
Deliver reporting and analysis to inform senior management on the any business change functions needed
Provide feedback on our proposition to sales management; emphasising elements that help you sell and establishing clear ‘no-sale’ reasons from unsuccessful closes.
Train the channel to process all sales orders accurately and efficiently into the relevant systems; ensuring all CRM data is entered correctly including sales source/campaign and no-sale reasons if applicable.
Support in all future rollout of propositions and services to ensure a seamless launch to all channels
Deliver engagement sessions to all channels in line with the overall vision for the Direct channel.
Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Expert in all elements of a business mobile sale
Follow a formally defined sales process
Comfortable with PIE and all B2B sales and CRM systems
